Requirements Manager

Key Role:
Apply expertise in supporting the management of an Acquisition Category (ACAT) I Major Automated Information System (MAIS) program for a DoD Electronic Health Record (EHR) system. Maintain responsibility for all activities involving quality assurance and compliance with applicable DoD regulatory requirements, including conducting audits and reviewing and analyzing data and documentation. Leverage expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Perform a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others as needed. Leverage a wide degree of creativity and latitude.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with IT consulting and information systems

-Experience with standard concepts, practices, and procedures for program or project management, business case reports, risks, and issues

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

-Knowledge of SDLC and tools that include IBM Jazz, Rationale, DOORS, and Jira

-Ability to conduct comprehensive data gathering and analysis, provide qualitative and quantitative statistical data analysis techniques for metrics and risk analysis, and present ideas clearly, logically, and persuasively in oral and written forms

-Ability to review, analyze, and evaluate business and user needs, document requirements, and translate them into proper system requirement specifications
-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree and 10+ years of experience in a professional work environment

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the military health system

-Experience with working in the DoD

-Experience with creating and maintaining project schedules

-Possession of excellent documentation skills
