Operations Analyst

Key Role:
Support management and daily oversight of the planning, execution, and resource allocation of a security cooperation training program. Manage the delivery of multiple project initiatives designed to enhance the effectiveness of training and level of training support provided to organizations. Maintain responsibility for the overall planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and delivery of all projects prioritized in alignment with client expectations and business needs. Improve project processes and manage any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs. Provide work priorities based on client guidance for the activities of consultants, analysts, specialists, and sub-contractors and maintain accountability for ensuring the appropriate resources are allocated and maintained to facilitate the successful completion of multiple projects. Provide subject matter expertise in complex technical and business matters.

Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with supporting DoD security cooperation planning, execution, and resource management activities
-5+ years of experience with supporting DoD operations, strategy, policy, or planning with Service, Joint, non-DoD organizations, or foreign nations
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience in the EUCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR) preferred
-Experience with working in Eastern Europe a plus
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills
