You Have:

-Experience with RF modeling and prediction software, including ATDI and HertzWarfare

-Knowledge of wireless network standards and air interface protocols of at least two of the main technologies, including GSM/GPRS, EDGE, CDMA, TDMA, or iDEN

-Knowledge of electromagnetic theory, antenna theory, and radio propagation fundamentals

-Knowledge of propagation analysis, traffic engineering, and system technology.

-Knowledge of network standards and air interface protocols of 3G technologies, including UMTS or 1XRTT and 3XRTT

-Ability to produce measurable results within a complex multi-tasking, rapidly changing work environment.

-Ability to develop and evaluate multiple solutions to a wide range of interdependent problems

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree in Physics, CS, EE, Electronics Engineering, or Telecommunications   

Nice If You Have:

-5+ year experience with the design and implementation of wireless networks, microwave networks, P25 network technology, and propagation analysis

-Knowledge of Motorola and Harris P25 products

-Ability to work independently and with a team in a cross-functional environment

-Ability to travel up to 25% of the time

-DHS Suitability, Public Trust, Secret, or Top Secret clearance

-MA or MS degree and 6+ years of experience in a related field
