SAFe Agilist

Key Role:

Manage the delivery of multiple project initiatives designed to enhance the services and level of support provided to the client. Assist with responsibilities, including SAFe Wave release planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and delivering all projects prioritized in alignment with SAFe Agile requirements and guidance. Assist with ensuring the ongoing process or system capability associated with projects and manage any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs. Direct and facilitate the SAFe activities of consultants, analysts, specialists, and sub-contractors. Manage and ensure appropriate resources are allocated and maintained to facilitate the successful completion of multiple projects.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with implementing SAFe Agile requirements

-Experience with facilitating SAFe

-Experience with implementing SAFe for a large IT business transformation effort

-Experience with release planning and execution

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

-SAFe Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the Momentum system
