SASMO Functional and Technical Support

Key Role:

Provide customer support to the U.S. Army Reserve units with questions and problems relative to the respective Sustainment Information Systems (SIS), including service requests and problem reporting. Exhibit knowledge of loading, configuration, conducting informal training, network support, business process, business rules, and hardware and software troubleshooting for each SIS programs. Serve as a system administrator on the ArNET, and exhibit technical capabilities to support the network requirements. Exhibit ability to work and travel, independently.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience in providing customer support to the U.S. Army Reserve units with questions, and problems relative to the respective Sustainment Information Systems (SIS) including service requests and problem reporting

-2 years of experience with supporting ULLS-AE, loading software, networking and configurating log books, workstations, and servers

-2 years of experience with operating and maintaining SIS with Army logistics and business processes

-Experience with setting up and operating CAISI and VSAT Tactical Networks

-Secret clearance

-HS diploma or GED

-DoD IA Technical Level II Certified
