Schedule Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Provide comprehensive schedule analysis of air weapon research, development, test, and evaluation (RDT&E) programs for an Air Force client. Use Microsoft Project to build and maintain a complex Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for weapon system programs. Provide independent analysis of schedules, costs, and risks to establish a project plan. Convey and communicate complex schedule, cost, and risk data in a meaningful manner to program stakeholders. Provide expert advice on schedule issues, analyze critical paths, identify schedule risks, and recommend risk mitigation actions. Function independently and interact with multiple program stakeholders effectively. This position is located onsite in Eglin Air Force Base, FL.

Basic Qualifications:
-3 years of experience with Microsoft Project 2010 or newer
-3 years of experience with schedules, including building complex schedules requiring linked dependencies and analysis of critical paths
-3 years of experience with supporting DoD programs
-3 years of experience with Microsoft Office products, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations
-2 years of experience with earned value
-Ability to interact with all project stakeholders effectively

-HS diploma or GED
 

Additional Qualifications:
-Microsoft Project Belt, PMP, Schedule Professional (PMI-SP), or Earned Value Professional (EVP) Certification
