Scientific Engineering and Technical Assistance Analyst

Key Role:

Provide analytical, advisory, technical expertise, and analysis on anticipated or proposed activities to enable Multi-Domain Command and Control (MDC2) and Data to Decision (D2D) efforts as they support an Air Force client plan. Provide scientific engineering and technical assistance (SETA) to coordinate with agencies at the DoD and others to support Air Force Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR). Support Air Force integration of programmed and developing ISR capabilities into the broader Joint and national intelligence community (IC). Lead extremely technical working groups, author and prepare detailed engagement plans, address future technologies targeting future Air Force program roadmaps, establish and complete demonstration studies, measure technical performance of sensors in ISR experimentation, review interagency finding reports, and coordinate amongst stakeholder agencies. 

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with existing U-2 Command and Control (C2) capabilities in all AORs

-Experience with multi-domain C2 and cross-domain and open mission systems

-Experience with C2 and ISR sensors and products

-Experience with project management

-Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and reporting

-Experience with OMS compliance for existing and developmental sensors

-Experience with the net-centric AF ISR enterprise

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with establishing integrated program schedules, engineering reviews, and Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs)

-Experience with the development and employment of agile contracting vehicles

-Ability to interface with DoD and USAF contractors
-MBA degree
