Security Cooperation Resource Analyst, Senior

Key Role:
Support management and daily oversight of the planning, execution, resource request, and allocation of multiple security cooperation training programs. Manage the delivery of multiple project initiatives designed to enhance the effectiveness of training and level of training support provided to organizations. Maintain responsibility for the overall planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and delivering of all projects prioritized in alignment with client expectations and business needs. Improve project processes and manage any changes required to meet or exceed the expectations established in project designs. Maintain responsibility for ensuring the appropriate resources are requested, justified, allocated, and maintained to facilitate the successful completion of multiple projects. Provide subject matter expertise for complex technical and business matters.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with supporting DoD security cooperation planning, execution, and resource management activities

-5+ years of experience in supporting DoD operations, strategy, policy, or planning with Service, Joint, non-DoD organizations, or foreign nations

-Experience with developing strategic or operational partnerships in support of military service elements, Joint commands, DoD agencies, and foreign nations

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with USINDOPACOM area of responsibility preferred

-Experience with working in the Indo-Asia Pacific preferred

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
