Senior Technical Program Leader

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for the oversight of complex and high-risk programs and projects with an initial emphasis on capture and market development efforts. Lead a team through all phases, including concept, development, implementation, and closeout. Collaborate with account leaders and functional capability efforts to devise winning solutions to client challenges. Supervise staff and manage budget, schedules, and project operations as new work is won. Ensure required resources are available. Serve as a liaison with program and project sponsors, customers, and other stakeholders. Maintain primary responsibility for program growth.


Basic Qualifications:

-15+ years of experience with program or project management

-Experience with driving business growth in competitive and sole-source environments

-Knowledge of national security space missions and how advanced technologies can be applied to advance those missions

-Knowledge of the government procurement life cycle

-Ability to develop and mentor diverse teams and establish a network with other leaders within an organization quickly

-Ability to lead teams to deliver financial and technical performance in line or exceeding client expectations

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BS degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics


Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with leading mid-to-large programs

-Knowledge of national security space clients

-MS degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics field
