Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility Physical Security Analyst

Key Role:

Support the implementation of a command's Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) physical security program. Provide day-to-day oversight and compliance with ICD 705 security policies for the protection of sensitive information. Assist the client's security representatives and other core clients operating a multitude of operating facilities. Interact and assist units with Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) accreditation processes and security administrative support. Analyze the drafting of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and emergency action plans (EAPs), as needed. Support the implementation of construction security program and ensure series for new military construction (MILCON), build-out of existing spaces, and renovation of existing SCIFs to meet a security agency accreditation requirement and national-level policies.  Monitor the implementation of Construction Security Plans (CSPs) and conduct performance assessments to ensure compliance with approved plans, document deviations, and investigate security incidents, as directed.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with SCI physical security projects

-Knowledge of DoD security procedures and guidelines

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience in working with overseas construction security

-Knowledge of construction guidelines and federal regulations

-24+ hours Site Security Manager (SSM) Certification or ability to obtain
