Service Operations Manager

Key Role:
Monitor, control, and operate computer equipment and peripherals. Analyze the establishment of plans and schedules for data processing activities, strive for the optimum use of computing capacity, and ensure maintenance and back-up processes. Apply basic principles, theories, and concepts to job assignments fully. Exhibit technical and operational proficiency when solving problems of moderate complexity.

Basic Qualifications:
-4+ years of experience with monitoring, controlling, and operating computer equipment
-Experience with planning, organizing, and managing O&M activities
-Experience with schedule development, action item management, and SLAs
-Experience in working with teams in multiple global locations

-TS/SCI clearance
-BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with DoD clients preferred
-Ability to work with leadership, functional groups, and implementation teams
-Ability to work independently under general direction

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
