ServiceNow Developer

Key Role:
Design and configure ServiceNow modules, forms, and workflows. Extend the platform by leveraging the ServiceNow application development model. Integrate with external systems and orchestrate IT automation. Administer ServiceNow applications, including updating security and workflow configurations, integrating with external systems, importing data, creating custom scripts, and building reports.

Basic Qualifications:
-4+ years of experience with software design and development
-2+ years of experience with ITSM development and integration, including ServiceNow or Remedy
-Experience in working with Web technologies, including JavaScript, Ajax, HTML, and CSS
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with AWS
-Experience with other ITSM platforms, including Remedy and Siebel
-TS/SCI clearance
-ServiceNow Certified Application Developer Certification
-ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Certification
-ServiceNow Certified System Administrator Certification
-ITIL v3 Foundations Certification
-Security+ Certification
