ServiceNow Training Lead

Key Role:
Develop user training to support ServiceNow product deployments. Analyze the development and delivery of user training materials, plans, curricula, schedules, and self-help materials. Execute a comprehensive training approach to support the effective use of client mission IT services. Evaluate training success, report on training activities, and improve training continuously based on feedback. Analyze the design and development of curricula according to instructional principles and client needs and objectives. Support learning development practices that are structured, streamlined, and well-communicated to the team according to best practices for instructor-led training, eLearning, and Web-based training, virtual classroom, flipped classroom, action learning, job aids, and performance support. Implement practices to produce educational materials and structure content rolled-out to instructors, facilitators, and students per general consulting and project management principles. Collaborate with SMEs and technical and creative talent to design and development learning solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience in an educational, corporate training, or professional services environment with an emphasis on e-learning and multimedia technologies
-1+ years of experience with ServiceNow training

-Experience with leading other ISDs in the performance of all aspects of instructional design for e-Learning and Distributed Learning environments, including managing client deliverables within budgetary and scheduling requirements against defined milestones and deadlines

-Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project

-Experience with defining, developing, and accessing shareable content objects (SCOs), collecting, compiling, analyzing, and synthesizing information to determine learning requirements, and implementing learning solutions

-Experience with authoring and editing Web and computer-based training materials using Captivate or Articulate

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree in English or Communications

-ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with working in an Agile environment

-MA or MS degree in Instructional Design or Adult Learning

-Certified Scrum Master
