ServiceNow Training Lead

Key Role:

Develop user training to support ServiceNow product deployments. Analyze the development and delivery of user training materials, plans, curricula, schedules, and self-help materials. Execute a comprehensive training approach to support the effective use of client mission IT services. Support learning development practices that are structured, streamlined, and well-communicated to the team according to best practices for instructor-led and Web-based training. Collaborate with SMEs and technical and creative talent to design and development learning solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience in an educational, corporate training, or professional services environment with an emphasis on e-learning and multimedia technologies
-1+ years of experience with ServiceNow training

-Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Project

-Experience with defining, developing, and accessing shareable content objects (SCOs), collecting, compiling, analyzing, and synthesizing information to determine learning requirements, and implementing learning solutions

-Experience with authoring and editing Web and computer-based training materials using Captivate or Articulate

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree in English or Communications

-ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Certification

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with working in an Agile environment

-Certified Scrum Master
