SharePoint Administrator

Key Role:
Provide core and shared infrastructure services application development and maintenance services. Implement and mentor others in the use of SharePoint services to raise product quality and expand information sharing throughout the project team, including sponsoring DoD organization and joing organization execution. Administer different user types, how they interact within SharePoint, and the functionality of each and modify permissions to enable specified workflow structures as well as add, modify, and delete functionality based on client requirements, upgrade and support tools as newer versions are released, and migrate legacy applications and Web services to core and shared infrastructure services. Use government-provided software and tools to perform application and Web development and maintenance services.

Basic Qualifications:
-4+ years of experience with IT systems
-2+ years of experience as a SharePoint farm administrator 
-Experience with configuring, operating and maintaining SharePoint 2010 and 2013 
-Knowledge of various troubleshooting, platform development, and maintenance techniques 
-Ability to design, develop and customize sites, including the development and implementation of master pages, forms, templates, libraries, lists, workflows, task management, alerts, calendars and other custom components 
-Ability to provide SharePoint out of the box development support, including form and workflow creation and maintenance and troubleshooting using SharePoint Designer 
-Active Secret clearance
-HS diploma or GED
-Active DoD 8570 Compliance IAT Level II Certification or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with applying Microsoft and SharePoint, including service packs, cumulative updates, hot fixes, and patches 
-Experience in programming with the .NET Framework 3.5 and up 
-Experience with DDL Microsoft SQL Server management, including creating, copying, restoring, and moving databases and using SQL reporting services 
-Knowledge of the implementation of SharePoint custom claims-based authentication providers, including SAML, forms-based authentication, custom security token service, and directory services, such as LDAP and Active Directory
-Knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) concepts
-Knowledge of PowerShell 3.0 and forward scripting 
-Knowledge of the migration of SharePoint farms from older versions to later releases
