SharePoint Capability Lead

Key Role:

Provide leadership and guidance to a large, geographically dispersed SharePoint administration and development team. Manage SharePoint development tasks and resolve conflicts in a very high operational tempo. Deliver outstanding writing and documentation and in-depth knowledge of how technical decisions impact client requirements. Provide knowledge of the SharePoint farm architecture and installation process, familiarity with all the functionality of the Central Administration Web application and the Shared Services functions, including managed properties, content sources, crawling, profiles, and how they interface with the other parts of the SharePoint farm.

Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience in a leadership role of systems administration or development teams 
-Experience in large-scale implementations of SharePoint
-Experience with Windows Server Administration, SQL Server Database administration, IIS Manager Architecture, Server Manager, Active Directory, including LDAP queries, DNS, Simple Mail Transfer Protocol, Network Load Balancing, Windows Firewall, Event Viewer and Performance Monitor, or PowerShell scripting
-Experience with software and systems analysis, design, project life cycle methodology, system integration, implementation, and deployment

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business

-MCSE Certification

-SharePoint Solutions Expert Certification

Additional Qualifications:
-Knowledge of Windows networking and authentication
-Knowledge of information assurance, authentication, and identity management constraints in the DoD domain

-Secret clearance

-MA or MS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Business
-PMP Certification
