SharePoint Developer

Key Role:

Provide SharePoint 2013 or 2016 development support for out-of-the-box (OOTB) and code-based solutions that often use client-side scripting modalities, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. Support SharePoint server migration activities. Apply expertise in optimizing the user interface for SharePoint. Apply knowledge of SharePoint capabilities to recommend technical solutions that accommodate functional requirements while considering development best practices, cost, and timeline. Demonstrate communication expertise and adapt a variety of technical tasks while working in a dynamic team environment.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with developing OOTB and code-based solutions for SharePoint 2010, 2013, and 2016

-Experience with Microsoft Office products

-Knowledge of working with trouble tickets and change requests to coordinate resolution with submitter and content owners

-Ability to conduct data gathering, research, and analysis, design and develop recommendations, and communicate through briefings and written documents

-Ability to develop and maintain technical design artifacts and requirements documentation

-Secret clearance required

-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with CSS and master page configuration

-Experience with the Agile development methodology

-Experience with Microsoft Visio a plus

-Experience with the Air Force or other DoD clients

-Ability to be a self-starter, multitask in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision

-Ability to liaise between stakeholders, project managers, and a technical team to comprehend the client mission

-Possession of excellent team-oriented, team building, presentation, organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and customer service skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
