Siebel to ServiceNow Transition Manager

Key Role:

Provide support to DoD intelligence community client transformation from Siebel software to ServiceNow and interact with directors and branch chiefs to ensure a smooth transition to ServiceNow and manage the client through adaptation of the entire suite of capabilities offered by ServiceNow and the enormous technological change. Liaise between the government CIO and the Booz Allen team to ensure client is aware of new releases and training opportunities, coordinate with CIO product owners, leveraging Siebel tasks and data to ensure they are fully aware of the transition, and help them work through any issues they have. Apply knowledge of quantitative and qualitative analyses and recommendations to improve organizational performance through changes to strategy, organization structure, process, human capital and culture, IT, enterprise cost reduction, management practices, and cost drivers. Make recommendations on how to capitalize on opportunities to improve client performance revenue and profitability and mission achievement. Advise on how to improve operations and increase process efficiency and provide recommendations on how to expand or reorganize a business units or operations. Examine complex systems and advise on the development of specific cost reduction solutions and business case analyses to support transformation efforts. Mitigate and manage risk, conduct customer and stakeholder analyses, serve as a practitioner with multiple areas of expertise that spans across management consulting pillars and other functional communities, and provide work leadership for junior employees.

Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with leading previous organizational transformations, including IT transformations

-Knowledge of organizational change and IT transformation principles

-Ability to work with senior government officials and support client site meetings

-Active TS/SCI clearance required

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of ServiceNow preferred
