SigInt Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Serve as a Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) subject matter expert responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering Cryptologic Technician Collection (CTR) training to support Navy's Ship's Signals Exploitations Equipment (SSEE) Echo and Foxtrot training requirements. Comprehend and leverage SIGINT data and information from one or several cryptologic systems, including SSEE INC E/F, DRT, or HITS and one or several IO systems, including SPLITROCK or RUBICON. Conduct training analysis to incorporate the Stallion Training Suite (STS) into existing Cryptologic Training Continuum Curricula. Design individual and unit-level intelligence scenario training for all levels of personnel in the field of cryptology and information warfare.

Basic Qualifications:
-10 years of experience in a variety of cryptologic or national SIGINT operational expertise, assignment to instructor duty, and ashore training commands tasked with cryptologic or SIGINT training, readiness, or assessment mission

-3+ years of experience with SIGINT in a shipboard leadership position

-Experience with using Navy Education and Training Command (NETC) Front End Analysis (FEA) Management Manual (NAVEDTRA 138) standardized processes and providing assessments of STS's to meet individual training objectives

-Experience with using Navy's Stallion Training Suite

-Experience with using Microsoft Office

-Knowledge of the Navy's End-to-End (E2E) training process, including delivery of Course Training Task List (CTTL), Training Course Control Document (TCCD), and Course Master Schedules (CMS)

-Knowledge of US Navy tactical and national SIGINT operations

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with Cryptologic Carry-On Program systems, including DRT, HITS, or Red Falcon and software applications, including Desperado, Bluestream, Martes, and Black Magic

-Ability to conduct analysis of SIGINT information and conduct classified and unclassified research using intelligence community research tools

-Ability to summarize, analyze, and edit content, including delivering complex written and graphical training products

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent organizational and interpersonal relationship building and maintenance skills

-Designated as a US Navy Master Training Specialist
