SIGINT Analyst/Task Manager

Key Role:
Interact with an Air Force client’s leadership and staff to coordinate, develop, and process timely responses to internal and external national agency, DoD, and Air Force formal tasking and requests for information (RFIs). Manage the client’s formal tasking process, including recording tasks received, task assignments, task suspense requirements, task responses, and timeliness. Assist with leveraging the client’s capability to respond to tasking and RFIs effectively. Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure internal and external tasking and RFI responses meet client established guidance and timelines. Work with client task managers to facilitate information flow and ensure effective task management. Develop and maintain program continuity files. Interact with AF leadership to ensure all aspects of the program meet staff needs and assist executive staff with supporting client leadership, as required.

Basic Qualifications:
-6+ years of experience with Air Force Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) and Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR)
-4 years of experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
-Experience in supporting program managers or project teams with accomplishing tasks and meeting mission requirements
-Experience with developing and managing electronic and hard copy task continuity files
-Experience with developing, managing, and tracking task suspense dates
-Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
-Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with developing, processing, and conducting quality control of intelligence documents
-Possession of excellent data research, analysis, problem–solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
-BA or BS degree preferred
