SIGINT Analyst

Key Role:

Perform independent technical analysis as a SIGINT analyst and reporter in support of an Army client, including applying experience with the characterization of complex target networks and conducting exploitation of networks. Use SIGINT database repositories and analytic tools to interpret meaning and synthesize multiple datasets to answer established intelligence requirements. Leverage experience with direction finding, geo-location equipment, and SIGINT Geolocation Analysis (SGA) to produce data in support of various intelligence reports. Use knowledge of telecommunications structures and SIGINT databases to uncover targets and identify applicable collection systems to task, including providing in-depth analysis on the development of new exploitation capabilities against known and emerging asymmetric targets of interest. Analyze and integrate complex intelligence information from multiple sources for senior clients in the intelligence community. Perform short and long-term SIGINT analysis and fuse collected data from various intelligence disciplines into reports to be used by partnering intelligence producers and operational military commanders. Work with collection managers and SIGINT production analysts to recommend the need for new analytic methods, technologies, and collection strategies, collaborate with national and tactical collection, analysis, reporting, and operations elements to advance target development efforts, recommend collection strategies, and support strategic and tactical requirements. This position is located in San Antonio, TX.

Basic Qualifications:
-4+ years of experience as an intelligence and network development subject matter expert

-3+ years of experience with analytic modernization tools and databases

-Experience with performing network, access, and target development and technical analysis in support of threat warning tipping and international criminal networks’ enumeration

-Experience with developing and enumerating multi-level, cross-domain networks across geographies and with Analytical Modernization (AMOD) toolsets

-Knowledge of production responsibilities and processes and the appropriate dissemination mechanisms that enable timely information to reach decision-makers

-Knowledge of SIGINT, OSINT, and HUMINT databases and tools for analysis and target development

-Ability to work irregular hours

-Active TS/SCI clearance required; willingness to take a polygraph exam

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Completion of Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced Digital Network Analysis Courses

-Completion of SASMO, GEO Bootcamp
