SIGINT Collection Manager

Key Role:
Conduct advanced SIGINT discovery by applying comprehension of collection, targeting, and data flow processing procedures and tools to ensure proper end-to-end data flow management. Maintain awareness of collection, processing, and forwarding systems and architecture and comprehend the principles and methods of analyzing or exploiting foreign communications and communications systems. Analyze analog and digital communication signals to determine their structure, content, and purpose and enable signal identification, survey, developmental, collection, and processing. Identify or analyze data or information to information, amplify, enrich, or contextualize analysis regarding mission, target communication, networking, and collection. Evaluate collection and processing mechanism at collection sites to detect, identify, and comprehend network traffic specific to mission objectives. Interact with SIGINT analytic tools currently in use and those being developed for future capabilities, including evaluating their value against targets or missions and updating analysts on their use and adoption. Identify the correct SIGINT systems to task for collection and work with front-end collection organizations to optimize SIGINT collection platforms for the mission and identify trends, new developments, developments, and customer requirements that may affect the flow of SIGINT data or operational capabilities of existing and future hardware and software.

Basic Qualifications:
-5 years of experience with SIGINT systems
-Experience with TCP/IP, network systems architecture, data flow and processing, and SIGDEV and agency tools, including the integration of tool suite and tradecraft
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BS degree in Network Engineering, Telecommunications, CS, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Information Systems

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with scripting languages preferred, including Python and C++
-Experience with Wireshark or an equivalent product a plus
