SIGINT Target Analyst Reporter

Key Role:

Provide reporting and targeting capabilities focused on HUMINT and SIGINT issues in support of an office of national intelligence-led mission. Leverage writing expertise, all source analysis, and proprietary targeting tools to produce high-quality reports, support the execution of SIGINT collection requirements and signals development, comprehend and leverage SIGINT data and information, analyze and identify data requirements, and support the development of SIGINT products. Prepare and execute senior-level briefings and meetings to provide context and subject matter expertise to key decision makers. Contribute to productive information sharing and analytic outreach.

Basic Qualifications:

-4+ years of experience with SIGINT analysis and production

-Experience with intelligence analysis or collection against threat actors in the CENTCOM AOR

-Knowledge of SIGINT programs, policies, and doctrines

-Ability to analyze and identify reportable indicators

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-AA or AS degree or 8+ years of experience with SIGINT analysis and production

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience in developing excellent collaborative relationships with members of the intelligence community

-Experience with HUMINT and SIGINT collection

-Experience with supporting military forces

-Ability to demonstrate professional level proficiency in Arabic and English and perform at Interagency Roundtable (ILR) 2/2 or above in listening and reading

-BA or BS degree

-HUMINT or CI tradecraft training

-SIGINT training, including report writing or tasking and collection
