Signals Analysis Curriculum Developer, Senior

Key Role:

Serve as a Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) subject matter expert responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering Cryptologic Technician Collection signals collection and analysis training for Navy Class F school. Review current Instructor–Led Training (ILT) curriculum for reuse or repurpose. Update signals analysis training that focuses on expertise and performance–based requirements that reinforces the knowledge required to support the expertise.


Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with naval cryptologic operations

-3 years of experience with operating the signal analysis tools used by Ship’s Signals Explication Equipment (SSEE) Increment Echo and Foxtrot

-Experience with two assignments in the signal warfare or information warfare division PCS afloat or one signal analysis tour required

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

-Graduate of the Navy’s Shipboard Information Warfare Course or Afloat Cryptologic Manager Course

-Qualified Ship’s Signals Exploitation Space Supervisor


Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of afloat US Navy tactical and national SIGINT or IO operations

-Knowledge of Navy Education Training Command (NETC) end–to–end processes, including Course Training Task List (CTTL), Training Course Control Document (TCD), and Course Master Schedule (CMS) development

-Knowledge of the Authoring Instructional Material (AIM) system used by the Navy and other agencies to develop, update, manage, and integrate training content


Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
