Signals Intelligence Training Analyst

Key Role:

Maintain responsibility for the collection, analysis, and dissemination of signals intelligence, including communications, electronic, and foreign instrumentation signals intelligence. Leverage expertise in SIGINT data and information, analyze and identify data requirements, use specialized SIGINT tools and services, and develop SIGINT products. Solve advanced, complex information requirements problems via a combination of analytic judgment and proven analytic practices. Acquire, validate, maintain, and scope data to uncover schemes and scenarios that will provide historical conclusions and correlations to future events. Prepare polished assessments of current events based on sophisticated collection, research, and analysis of open source and other information. Prepare specialized deliverables on analysis methodology and results. Learn, apply, and promulgate emerging technologies to process metadata and content for discovery purposes.


Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience with signal collection operations and signals analysis

-2+ years of experience with curriculum development, including working as a Navy instructor

-Experience as a cryptologic technician at the collection journeyman level

-Experience with the use of Microsoft Office software tools and the Navy's Authoring Instructional Materials learning management system

-Knowledge of US Navy tactical and national SIGINT operations

-Active TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED

-Graduate of Navy's Advanced Signals Communications Analysis Course

Additional Qualifications:

-Ability to analyze SIGINT information and conduct classified and unclassified researching using intelligence community (IC) research tools

-Ability to summarize, analyze, and edit content, including delivering complex written and graphics training products

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent organizational and interpersonal relationship building and maintenance skills

-US Navy Master Training Specialist Designation
