Software Developer, Junior

Key Role:

Research, design, develop, or modify software systems or applications software. Involve in the planning system and development deployment, and maintain responsibility for meeting software compliance standards. Evaluate the interface between hardware and software, operational requirements, and overall system characteristics. Document the testing and maintenance of system corrections. Apply the limited use or application of technical principles, theories, and concepts and develop solutions to routine technical problems of limited scope. Conduct closely supervised work, including following specific, detailed instructions, and contributing to the completion of routine technical tasks.


Basic Qualifications:

-Experience with Java, C#, C+, .Net, or SharePoint development

-Knowledge of the software development life cycle

-Knowledge of CS fundamental, data structures, algorithms, and software design

-Knowledge of Web-based applications

-Ability to obtain security clearance

-HS diploma or GED


Additional Qualification:

-Ability to show creativity and initiative to improve product test coverage and effectiveness

-Ability to be comfortable communicating cross-functionally and across management levels in formal and informal settings

-Ability to show an aptitude for software testing and quality

-Ability to work as a team player with high energy and thrive in an ambiguous environment

-Ability to overcome triage issues and react well to changes

-Ability to multi-task on multiple products and projects

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent leadership, organizational, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
