Software Developer, Mid

Key Role: 

Perform software development on existing and new Web and Windows-based systems using Microsoft Visual Studio. Work in an Agile development environment and apply a systematic approach to the analysis, technical design, assessment, implementation, component test, maintenance, and reengineering of the product. Contribute to the analysis of user needs to develop software solutions while applying knowledge to improving system development methodology. Build client relationships and be comfortable in a client site setting. This position is not available for remote delivery and is located in Westborough, MA.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with developing and deploying .NET applications written in C#.

-2+ years of experience with developing Web applications using JavaScript, JQuery, and JSON

-2+ years of experience with Microsoft MVC and Entity Framework
-Experience with using JavaScript libraries, including react.js, ember.js, or angular
-Experience in a collaborative and distributive team environment

-Knowledge of SQL and RDBMS structures and concepts

-Ability to recommend solutions to technical and process challenges

-Ability to travel 5% of the time required

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with the Microsoft Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF) User Interface development

-Knowledge of OOP and OOAD
-Ability to communicate with staff, management, and clients effectively

-Possession of excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

-BA or BS degree in CS, Computer Engineering, or a related field
