Software Developer, Mid

Key Role:
Conduct systems analysis and programming activities for the development, maintenance, or installation of computer programs to support internal business operations. Apply basic principles, theories, and concepts to job assignments, achieve a seasoned level of full competence that all professionals are expected to achieve in the area, and solve a diverse range of complex problems while working with limited direction. Interface frequently with internal or external clients and make significant contributions to department goals and planning efforts. Serve as a software developer and collaborate with product owners, designers, and technical colleagues to design and develop applications. Use DevOps tools and techniques to increase software quality and automate deployment processes for improved delivery cycles. Design and develop front–end interfaces for an enterprise–wide Web application.

Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with modern software development and design frameworks, including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript Frameworks, AJAX, JSON, Spring, hibernate, or XML
-5+ years of experience with Java or .NET framework, .NET compact framework for mobile applications, and .NET features
-Experience with configuring and deploying to various Web server environments, including creating Web services and Web applications for client evaluation
-Experience with working in an Agile environment
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with various JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery, AngularJS, and Ext JS
-Experience with DevOps 
-Experience with mobile development
-Knowledge of DBMS, including Oracle Database, Microsoft SQL Server, and ADO.NET
