Software/Server Support Engineer

Key Role:
Work as part of a multi-factor authentication (MFA) team, including working on the back-end systems supporting the client's MFA solution. Develop, integrate, deploy, test, and maintain customer and commercial software solutions to improve the customer experience and automate various functions. Work with other customer organizations, including networks and firewalls to ensure the systems are working together.

Basic Qualifications: 
-2 years of experience with Linux, Eclipse, Maven, and Java
-2 years of experience in the SIGINT, IA, or IT fields
-2 years of experience with various development, CM and build tools, including Git, Mavan, and Jenkins
-Experience with Linux operating systems, applying security configurations, and Windows Active Directory
-Experience in working with scripts, interfaces, and APIs to improve the user experience
-Experience with developing test beds and scenarios to ensure deliverables meet user requirements
-Knowledge of computer security, including its best practices
-Ability to interpret user needs and translate them into requirements
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BA or BS degree and 5 years of experience with software engineering or 9 years of experience with software engineering in lieu of a degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with providing server and network support, including connectivity, hardware and software installs, upgrades, integration, and general troubleshooting
-Knowledge of RSA token infrastructure
-Ability to work independently to triage issues and prioritize tasks
-Ability to work to meet deadlines with minimum supervision
-Possession of excellent organizational and time management skills, including multi-tasking and working independently
