Software Test/Quality Assurance Manager, Lead

Key Role:

Provide day-to-day, hands-on, and tactical leadership to software test and quality assurance teams. Assist with using known software test methodologies and procedures, ensuring that project teams deliver digital solutions that meet quality standards, contractual commitments, published specifications, usability and coding standards, and common sense. Provide solutions and provide the final word on quality, reviewing functional specifications and documentation, leading the development of test documentation, including test cases, scripts, and reports, performing functional verification of software, and reporting on the health of solutions.

Basic Qualifications:
-8+ years of experience with system testing methodologies and the system delivery life cycle (SDLC)
-5+ years of experience with leading a team of 4+ staff
-Ability to comprehend QA processes and follow QA process guidelines
-Ability to create or update test cases and perform requirements traceability to ensure all requirements are tested and accounted for
-Ability to ensure Agile process and standards are established and followed
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
-Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) Certification

Additional Qualifications:
-Knowledge of Quality Center (QC) or other test management tools
-Knowledge of QuickTest Professional (QTP) or other automation testing tools
-Knowledge of LoadRunner or other performance testing tools

-Ability to write unit and integration tests across multiple platforms, including Web, iOS, and Android
-Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree in Information Systems, CS, or a computer-related field preferred
-Certified Tester Advanced Level (CTAL-TM) Certification
