Solution Architect and Market Lead

Key Role:
Lead the market assessment, capture, and delivery of the Army Program Executive Office Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS). Lead large-scale capture and solutioning efforts for enterprise business systems, including enterprise software, network, and Cyber systems. Lead and manage initiatives that involve the analysis, design, and development of the computer software required to support hardware or technical service products, including reviewing system architecture, selecting and implementing the appropriate development and support tools to ensure product performance, and testing and debugging software. Provide technical leadership to teams and clients involved in designing, developing, testing, and verifying complex enterprise business systems. Direct, implement, and coordinate the analysis of software plans and projects, proposals, and equivalent technical data to develop design alternatives. Ensure budgets, schedules, and performance standards are set and attained realistically and participate in the development of overall objectives and long-term goals of the organization.


Basic Qualifications:
-15+ years of experience with enterprise system life cycle for software, Cyber, and network programs

-12+ years of experience with progressive technical leadership, including leading cross-discipline engineering teams in developing and deploying software, such as C#, Visual Basic, C/C++, ASP, Java, JavaScript, Python, Perl, and VB Script

-10+ years of experience with Army enterprise business systems

-10+ years of experience with complex hardware and software solution development and integration
-10+ years of experience with leading and winning large proposal efforts

-5+ years of experience with complex systems of systems in the DoD
-Secret clearance

-BS degree


Additional Qualifications:   
-Experience in working with Amazon Web Services, Azure, and other virtualized Cloud architectures a plus
-Experience with SAP

-Experience with one or more of the following: system development, software development, hardware development, or mission support
-Experience with formal software and systems architectural test development, execution, and maintenance, including test automation
-Experience with the development and implementation of information systems to meet functional and non-functional requirements
-Experience with Acquisition Category (ACAT) Level I programs

-Ability to work at the conceptual level with program leads, customers, and internal teams to ensure successful system development, integration, and deployment
-Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including interpersonal expertise
-Possession of excellent presentation and collaboration skills, including working with senior leadership and external customers

-BS degree in EE, Software Engineering, or CS preferred; MS degree a plus


Clearance:
