Solutions Pricing Manager

Key Role:

Serve as a trusted advisor in developing and assessing product and blended solutions services pricing and business strategies in an emerging business environment. Analyze and develop pricing strategies and refine business models and communications while working with solutions leaders and product managers as they develop and manage products and associated marketing strategies. Lead the development of commercial solutions type proposal practices and tools. Assist with the development of specific proposals, including solicitation reviews, financial and price assessments, risk identification, and mitigation strategies, as appropriate. Review and analyze key opportunities and suggest proposal strategies to achieve pricing, business, and compliance objectives and implement bid strategy. Assess and recommend strategies in the context of reseller agreements, teaming and subcontract agreements, and proposals to government and commercial clients. Monitor pricing performance for competitiveness and business performance and escalate problems that may impact competitiveness, performance, or execution.

Basic Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience with pricing products or services in the government or commercial environment, including pricing strategies, structures, tools, and communications
-5+ years of experience with commercial product sales or pricing and accounting methodologies regarding key terms, warranties, IP, and commercial pricing for a blend of commercial and government contracts

-3+ years of experience with developing product pricing and financial analyses, including value trade-offs, cash flow, profitability, and warranty or risk assessments

-Experience with competitive price point analysis and aspects of negotiation, accounting practices, contracts administration, and project management

-Experience with reseller agreements, GSA schedules and government-wide acquisition contracts, fixed-price systems delivery proposals or contracts, including proposals for the software development life cycle, systems delivery, and other IT services associated with customized software, and COTS or GOTS solutions
-Knowledge of FAR, including FAR Part 12 and agency supplements

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree
