Southern Region Lead

Key Role:

Implement and maintain performance management, process improvement, and quality management frameworks and processes across multiple operational functions, including staffing, event management, logistics, quality, and communications. Lead client delivery for 70+ subcontractors located at multiple client locations around the world. Maintain responsibility for supporting the management of operations and work with clients to analyze and execute standard processes supporting client logistics demands for inventory movement and event scheduling for more than 12,000 events and 200,000 products. Serve as a problem solver using structured methods of problem solving and manage and support management with multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Support the development of strategic, operational, and tactical plans and define opportunities for improvement for the client’s operations. Analyze the development and structured analysis of clients' operations. Lead and support internal subcontractor and external client meetings and presentations.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience in managing or supporting large–scale, client facing projects with 70-100 employees

-Experience in working with the US Army, US Navy, Marine Corps, or US Air Force as a logistician, logistics specialist, or operations lead in a support contractor role

-Experience with the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) Transition Assistance Program (TAP)

-Ability to demonstrate subject matter expertise in operations, supply chain management, or workforce deployment

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree or 7+ years of experience with managing large teams
