Space Launch Manifest Scheduler, Senior

Key Role:
Provide key National Security Space clients with space launch vehicle and satellite manifesting requirements support to the spectrum of national–to–local government planners. Work with the intelligence community, Air Force, space ranges, and other government organizations to prepare senior staff for national–level manifest reviews. Integrate the long–range planning of launch vehicle, spacecraft, and range schedules in support of satellite launch and resolve launch base scheduling conflicts with other range users, as required. Support planning, integration, and operations for the range's launch and rehearsal operations, including ensuring all DoD communications requirements are identified and appropriate requirement documents are submitted to range agencies. Develop technical agenda items for internal and external meetings and working groups in direct support of specific launches. Facilitate communication between the client's operating location and the launch base organizations. Assist with the development of training requirements for the mission.

Basic Qualifications: 
-5+ years of experience with space launch vehicle systems 
-5+ years of experience with technical project management 
-5+ years of experience with engineering processes
-3+ years of experience with space launch manifest scheduling and management
-Knowledge of the mission assurance processes and procedures of NSS clients 
-TS/SCI clearance required 
-BA or BS degree required 

Additional Qualifications: 
-Experience with briefing and writing authoritative technical documents, including reports and position papers 
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook 
-Knowledge of the NSS client’s organizational structure 
-Ability to multi–task and adapt to changing priorities, procedures, and information technology tools 
-Ability to interact well with cross–functional teams and working environments 
-Ability to interface with internal and external clients 
-Ability to perform analysis and assessment 
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills 
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph preferred 
-BA or BS degree in a technical or scientific field
