Standards and Compliance Officer

Key Role:

Demonstrate expertise in operational planning, crisis operations, and systems management. Apply knowledge of the DoD and IC. Leverage experience with working in Joint, Combined, and interagency environments with intelligence production management. Demonstrate expertise in formulating best practices regarding key issues that include intelligence doctrine and tactics, techniques, and procedures. Assimilate, analyze, and describe complex issues and impacts. Interface with all levels, including senior leaders effectively by leveraging oral and written communication expertise. Demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Basic Qualifications:

-7 years of experience in a professional work environment

-Experience with operational planning, crisis operations, and system management in Joint, Combined, and interagency environments for intelligence production management

-Knowledge of the DoD and IC

-Ability to assimilate, analyze, and describe complex issues and impacts and formulate best practices regarding key issues that include intelligence doctrine and tactics, techniques, and procedures

-TS/SCI clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with interpreting regulations as they apply to products, financial processes, and other processes, practices and procedures, including assisting and supporting the organization in initial compliance with ongoing preparation, testing, and monitoring for conformance to ISO 9000 requirements and the transition to ISO 9001
-Experience with analyzing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the appropriate statutes and regulations and that regulatory reporting requirements are met

-Knowledge of how to resolve compliance problems, questions, or complaints received from other units of the company, customers, or government regulatory agencies

-Ability to coordinate and prepare document packages for regulatory submissions from all areas of organization and internal audits and inspections
