Statistical Analysis and Reporting Deputy

Key Role:

Lead a 10-person team for a statistical tracking and data querying unit with a federal law enforcement client. Manage 8 Booz Allen team members and 3 sub-contractors, work products, client priorities, and contractual required activities, including risk tracking and reporting. Maintain responsibility for working with the clients and the contract team to design approaches and methodologies for data gathering to respond to routine and ad hoc requests, often for high visibility clients. Assess stakeholder requirements and then envision, define, design, develop, including deploy streamlined methodologies to complete requests.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with managing analytical and statistical reporting requirements related to congressional, executive branch, agency, and media information questions 

-3+ years of experience in a client-facing role managing changing priorities and high-volume workflow  

-Experience with managing the full life cycle of information request from receiving the request, including clarifying the requestors’ needs, development of the methodology, final delivery, and formalized quality control processes

-Experience with coordinating with multiple levels of clients and individuals related to tasks 

-Knowledge of business intelligence techniques, including Hyperion, SQL, OBIEE, and Excel

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree in CS, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with law enforcement and immigration data 

-Top Secret clearance preferred

-MA or MS degree in CS, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science

-PMP Certified
