Strategic and Theater Sealift Systems Engineering Specialist

Key Role:

Provide a Navy client with the preparation, coordination, and execution of detailed government and Industry Manpower and Training (MP&T) and Human Systems Integration (HSI) studies, cost, risk, and other analyses and participate in applicable teams, working groups, and advisory groups. Assist the client with addressing legal and policy issues related to manning, as directed. Perform specific MP&T– and HSI–related technical studies and analyses, as directed. Perform studies on Environmental Safety and Occupational Health (ESOH) and human factors engineering.

General Qualifications:

-7+ years of experience with providing regulatory and compliance support to a government client

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

-At least one certification or lead designation in specialty area with BCIH, BCSP, BFPE, EXEMPLAR, IHMM, IPEP, NAEMP, state licensure boards, USGBC, or other certifying bodies

Additional Qualifications:

-Possession of excellent presentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
