Strategic Business Lead

The Challenge:

Are you passionate about helping organizations understand and reach their goals? Do you live for that moment when your client realizes you just showed them how to transform their organization? Many organizations know where they want to go but getting there can be a challenge. We’re looking for you: a strategic business lead who can identify an organization’s long-term goals and show it how to achieve them.

This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on the warfighter and an Army client. You willwork as part of a cross-functional team to evaluate and manage new strategic business opportunities, initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, alliances, and joint ventures. As a strategic business lead on our team, you’ll interact with senior management and executive levels on matters concerning functional areas and drive cross-functional and cross-service collaboration and knowledge sharing. You’ll need to ask the right questions to draw out your client’s objectives and vision. You’ll pursue national to tactical opportunities to increase warfighter effectiveness and anticipate potential world and mission changes. You’ll identify low risk and feasible quick response solutions based on best practices. Your client will look to you to show them their organization from the outside. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization, as well as the multiple paths they can take to both modernize and transform.  As the strategic business lead, you’ll communicate the team’s capabilities to the intelligence community and DoD as well as identify, review, and leverage emerging priorities from other Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) partner agencies. You will monitor and comprehend mission issues that could occur and impact the C5ISR mission and family of systems (FoS) customer base. You’ll anticipate your client’s needs as you create their way forward.  Throughout the strategy life cycle, you’ll identify opportunities to expand services to new and existing clients. Join us and lead change for the better in the Army.

Empower change with us.
