Strategic Communications Lead

Key Role:
Assist an Air Force client with developing and executing strategic communications. Recommend focused AF strategic communications efforts to strengthen and support effective AF cryptologic policy and operations within the enterprise, including AF organizations that produce or use signals intelligence (SIGINT). Recommend and design communications vehicles to improve AF-wide comprehension of the strategic, operational, and tactical responsibilities and authorities the AF executes. Assist AF leadership with using coordinated strategic communications programs, plans, themes, messages, and products synchronized with DoD, Federal Agency or CSS, and Air Force policies, directives, and guidance. Assist AF leadership with ensuring AF strategic communications are consistent with the Air Force, Federal agency or CSS, Air Combat Command, 25 Air Force, and AF SCC mission, vision, and values to enhance the strategic and tactical impact pf Air Force signals intelligence and cryptologic operations.

Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience as Air Force intelligence, senior SIGINT analyst, fusion analyst, intelligence analyst, or cryptologic language analyst
-Experience with Air Force staff actions, including operational instructions, bullet background papers, Air Force memos, staff summary sheets, Air Force instructions, or other policy manuals and directives
-Knowledge of the national intelligence community (IC), Joint, and DoD Intelligence structures, organizations, missions, functions, inter-relationships, operations, capabilities, resources, and databases
-Knowledge of DoD and Service policies, policy development, and staffing processes
-Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience as an executive assistant to a group commander, wing commander, or higher-level commander
-Experience with Air Force SIGINT or Cyber operations or policy
-Possession of excellent data research, analysis and problem solving skills, including using large amounts of disparate data sets from multiple sources to produce recommended courses of action 
-MA or MS degree

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
