Key Role:
Collaborate with senior leaders on the daily operations of the organization, including analyzing the development of standard business procedures, strategic communications, task management, and program management functions. Develop and synchronize strategic communications initiatives. Streamline and improve communications standards, guidelines, processes, and procedures. Review and evaluate the effectiveness of these initiatives. Develop, streamline, and improve internal program management functions, including creating templates to ensure accurate and timely responses. Perform quality assurance reviews on written products. Compose, coordinate, and consolidate reports recurring reports and work products.
Basic Qualifications:
-10+ years of experience with strategic communications
-3+ years of experience with working in the Intelligence Community (IC)
-Experience with supporting senior officials in a headquarters staff environment
-Experience with Microsoft Office
-Ability to manage competing priorities
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BA or BS degree
Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with planning, leading, and completing complex projects
-Knowledge of IC strategic planning and program management
-Knowledge of the IC's structure and IC member organizations' roles and capabilities
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
