Strategic Consultant, Senior

Key Role:
Work on the design, implementation, and evaluation of talent acquisition, talent development, and workforce analytic strategies with a dynamic team supporting a government organization. Apply knowledge of human capital strategy, process improvement, and HR systems and tools to helping develop a strategic direction for the way that government organizations acquire and develop its workforce. Analyze government and industry best practices to allow government organizations to effectively recruit, support, and develop talent to minimize attrition. Serve as a team member for the project by assisting with managing delivery and client relationships.

Basic Qualifications
-10 years of experience with delivering professional services

-Experience with delivering management consulting services to the federal government
-Experience with developing HR systems and tools

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office
-Ability to translate information, develop insights, and work alongside clients at the client site
-Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications
-Ability to be a self-starter and thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Possession of excellent analytical skills in recruiting, staffing, placing, position management, performance management, training, and career development
-BA degree in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Organizational Behavior, or Business Administration preferred; MBA degree in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Organizational Behavior, or Business Administration a plus

Clearance:
