Strategic Human Capital Consultant

Key Role:

Consult with federal government health market clients on the design, implementation, and evaluation of human capital programs. Apply functional expertise in strategic workforce planning, leadership development, organizational assessment, organization design, training design and development, change management, employee communications campaigns, succession management, career pathing, survey research, and human capital strategy. Apply excellent consultative expertise, design and execute complex data collection methodologies, perform quantitative and qualitative data analyses, compose well-written, data-driven reports, and prepare briefings for senior-level audiences. Apply knowledge of federal human capital trends and issues. Contribute to a variety of human capital projects and strategic human capital business development initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with providing strategic human capital and/or organizational consulting services

-Ability to analyze client issues, determine data collection and data analysis strategies, strategize potential solutions, and prepare client-ready reports

-Ability to display a proven track record of contributing to projects in a fast-paced, high-intensity, team-oriented environment

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-1+ years of experience with government consulting or working for the federal government

-Experience with supporting health focused organizations, including working in health organizations, consulting to health organizations, and academic training in health and healthcare

-Possession of excellent consulting skills

-Public Trust clearance

-MS or MA degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Social-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Capital Management, or Organizational Development
