Strategic Human Capital Consultant

Key Role:

Serve as part of a project team that works with multiple functional areas to execute tactical human capital initiatives in an operations office. Create a pleasant in-processing experience for staff. Provide the US Army client with administrative in- and out-processing support of incoming and outgoing personnel. Maintain responsibility for carrying out in- and out-processing initiatives. Leverage human capital expertise to assist with the structure methodology and approach for client efforts. Maintain responsibility for ensuring tracking systems are up-to-date with staffing changes and statuses. Analyze trends and communicate results to the project team that will assist with the decision-making process.

Basic Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with human capital work, including onboarding and in- and out-processing of staff

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

-Ability to follow processes and track detailed information

-Secret clearance required

-AA or AS degree required

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with consulting in a government or DoD environment preferred

-Experience with organizational effectiveness, organizational design and alignment, strategic planning, or organizational culture

-Experience with direct client service

-Possession of excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree

Clearance:
