Strategic Human Capital Specialist

Key Role:

Support an internal Booz Allen team, working with US Army clients to execute strategic and tactical human resource–related initiatives. Facilitate the execution of strategic human capital activities and provide analysis for the development of human capital strategic plan. Capture Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and analyze human capital processes. Learn quickly and complete important assignments on a short schedule. Monitor and direct the workflow of the project, contribute human capital functional expertise for the management of client deliverables, develop client–ready products, including briefings, reports, and internal communications, and leverage industry best practices in human resources, strategy, and change management. Execute human resource requests and identify business opportunities and potential growth areas in the Human Capital capability.


Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with strategic human capital plan development and implementation

-Experience with workforce planning, competency modeling, onboarding and off–boarding, and succession planning

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

-Experience in leading, planning, and managing complex tasks with daily client interaction

-Ability to work independently in a team environment

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree


Additional Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience with Army specific human resource processes

-Experience with direct client service and client relationship management

-Experience with working in a government or DoD environment

-Ability to analyze and comprehend a business strategy and how it correlates to the development of an organizations human capital strategy

-Ability to lead a task and team

-Ability to work as a self–starter in a fast–paced environment and multi–task while continuing to be a forward thinker

-Possession of excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills


Clearance:
