Strategic Management Consultant

The Challenge:

Are you passionate about helping organizations understand and reach their goals? Do you live for that “ah-ha!” moment when your client realizes you just showed them how to transform their organization? Many organizations know where they want to go, but getting there can be a challenge. We’re looking for you: a strategy consultant who can identify an organization’s long term goals and show it how to achieve them.

This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on the intelligence community. As a strategy consultant on our team, you’ll engage with clients to help them understand their organization and crystalize their goals. You’ll need to ask the right questions to draw out your client’s objectives and vision. You’ll support your team with research and data analysis for strategic consulting projects as they work to show clients their organization from the outside. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization, as well as the multiple paths they can take to transform. Join us as we lead change for the better.

Serving as a strategic management consultant, you will support the front office of a large client organization. You will leverage your expertise in management consulting to assist the client with identifying, scoping, and planning for operations management, academics administration, qualitative and quantitative training, or similar strategic human capital assessment, training, or talent-related policy, procedure development, and governance reporting. You will participate in all stages of the development life cycle, including initial concept, gathering requirements, and conducting stakeholder interviews to assist with defining workflows and key organizational functionality. You'll leverage your past experiences to work independently with broad lateral guidance and demonstrate proficiency in writing executive reports for hard copy or online publication.

Empower change with us.
