Strategic Planning Advisor, Senior

Key Role:

Assist the government with establishing goal and objectives, mission and vision statements, policy or requirements statements and documents, or operating concepts. Support studies and assessments and gather information to synthesize functional needs. Support daily, weekly, and monthly small to large senior-level groups for line of business (LOB) activities across stakeholder groups. Support operations or LOB requirements, actions, or coordination activities. Support metrics, performance assessments, and analytics for evaluations to support mission improvement. 

Basic Qualifications:

-11 years of experience in a professional work environment

-Experience as a primary author of mission and vision statements, policy or requirements statements or documents, or operating concepts

-Ability to work independently and under pressure

-Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively as a team member

-Ability to meet schedules and time lines consistently

-TS/SCI clearance

-HS diploma or GED and 4 additional years of experience in a professional work environment or BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with non-technical writing, including attention to detail

-Experience with conducting problem identification, analysis, including research or information gathering, and identifying recommendations or resolutions under tight deadlines and time constraints

-Possession of excellent organizational and customer service skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
