Strategic Planning and Performance Management Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Apply knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative analysis and recommendations to improve organizational performance through changes to strategy, organization structure, process, human capital or culture, IT, enterprise cost reduction, management practices, and cost drivers. Make recommendations on how to capitalize on opportunities to improve client performance, including revenue or profitability and mission achievement. Advise on how to improve operations and increase process efficiency. Support senior leaders with measuring the performance of complex programmatic activities described in strategic guidance. Assist clients with the development, analysis, and execution of strategies. Assist with validating and proposing metrics that are accurate and parsimonious and perform primary and secondary analysis of interagency input on progress towards these goals. Translate highly technical and programmatic data for non-technical, senior audience. Provide work leadership to junior employees, as needed.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience in a professional work environment

-3+ years of experience with working in the IC

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with evaluating and assessing program performance and developing and improving assessment methodologies that incorporate performance outcomes in relation to performance objectives

-Experience with tradecraft, including strategic planning and performance evaluation

-Experience with conducting program or policy evaluation and assessment of systems analysis

-Possession of excellent methodological, quantitative, and analytical skills

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.
