Strategic Technical Business Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Support various strategic projects by collecting, organizing, and helping to frame gaps and opportunities from prioritization through concept development and implementation. Distill complex IT governance, portfolio, and architectural processes into clear and actionable stories with solution options and critical success criteria. Work with the team lead to gain buy-in on proposed solutions from IT and business stakeholders. Provide support across the team by developing agendas, taking notes, and documenting progress towards completing action items.

Basic Qualifications: 
-2+ years of experience as a business or requirements analyst  

-Experience with using requirements management tools, including JIRA and Confluence 

-Experience with gathering business-focused requirements   

-BA or BS degree   

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with enterprise-level transformation or change management preferred 

-Experience with working in IT governance, portfolio management, or architecture preferred

-Experience with delivering high velocity projects at CMS

-Ability to jump in and help where needed, have a team-oriented attitude, and be a self-starter 

-Ability to work on the program full-time for 24 months  

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
