Strategic Workforce Planner

Key Role:

Consult to federal government health market clients on the design, implementation, and evaluation of human capital programs. Apply functional expertise in various areas, including workforce planning, organizational assessment, organization design, succession management, career pathing, and human capital strategy. Work with clients to assess their current workforce supply, including numbers, level, and expertise and their anticipated demand for labor based on changes to strategy, organizational design, workload, or other changes. Collaborate with clients to develop and implement action plans to close gaps between workforce supply and workforce demand. Design and execute complex data collection methodologies, perform quantitative and qualitative data analyses, compose well-written, data-driven reports, and prepare briefings for senior-level audiences. Apply knowledge of federal human capital trends and issues. Contribute to a variety of human capital projects and strategic human capital business development initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with workforce planning or human capital data analytics

-Experience with analyzing workforce supply and demand and generating action plans to close gaps

-Experience with consulting, including analyzing client issues, determining data collection and data analysis strategies, strategizing potential solutions, and preparing client-ready reports

-Experience with contributing to projects in a fast-paced, high intensity team-oriented environment

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-MA or MS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-1+ years of experience with government consulting or working for the federal government

-Experience with supporting health-focused organizations, including health organizations, consulting for health organizations, or academic health or healthcare training

-Public Trust clearance preferred
