Strategy and Organizational Assessment Consultant, Lead

This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on organizational strategy and transformation. As a strategy consultant on our team, you’ll engage with clients at the senior level to help them understand their organization and crystalize their goals. You’ll need to ask the right questions to draw out your client’s objectives and vision. Your client will look to you to show them their organization from the outside. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization, as well as the multiple paths they can take to modernize. As the strategy expert, you’ll anticipate your client’s needs as you create their way forward. Throughout the strategy life cycle, you’ll identify opportunities to expand services to new and existing clients. You Have:

-5+ years of experience with change management, business analysis, workforce planning, employee engagement, or corporate strategy

-5+ years of experience with conducting organizational assessments, conducting trend analysis, developing business cases, and making recommendations for improvement

-5+ years of experience with supporting large, dispersed client organizations in either the federal or private sector

-3+ years of experience with leading other members of a team towards project goals

-Experience with developing federal proposals, white papers, and other business development documents

-Experience with transforming and improving client or organization mission support or back-office functions through consolidation, outsourcing, shared services, or centers of excellence, including finance, information technology, human resources, procurement, and grants management

-Experience with delivering high-quality client service in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment

-Knowledge of how organizational design, processes, and technology integrate within an organization to support the mission.

-Ability to exercise mature judgment

-Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-BA or BS degree in Business, Organizational Strategy, Organizational Development, or a related field preferred; MA or MS degree a plus

-Change Management Certification preferred

-Design Thinking Certification preferred

-PMP Certification
