We’re looking for you: a strategy consultant who can identify an organization’s long term goals and show it how to achieve them.


This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on personnel and pay functions of the Air Force. As a strategy consultant on our team, you’ll engage with clients at the Director and O-6 levels to help them understand their organization and crystalize their goals. You’ll need to ask the right questions to draw out your client’s objectives and vision. Your client will look to you to show them their organization from the outside. From unrealized potential to systemic challenges, you’ll provide your client with a holistic view of their organization, as well as the multiple paths they can take to integrate Air Force personnel and pay organizations by using technology to increase efficiency.  As the strategy expert, you’ll identify and anticipate your client’s needs as you create their way forward. You Have:

-5+ years of experience with leading large-scale workforce or human capital transformation, organizational design, change management, or process improvement efforts in a collaborative environment

-3+ years of experience with facilitating and or training on workforce or human capital transformation, organizational design, or large scale transformation of client audiences

-Knowledge of a range of organizational design, change management, and workforce transformation methodologies and approaches

-Ability to design and drive multiple methodologies for organizational design and workforce transformation and interface directly with senior level DoD personnel

-Ability to work with minimal supervision

-Active Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree


Nice If You Have:

-Experience with consulting for the federal government or DoD

-MA or MS degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Industrial or Organizational Psychology, Public Administration Leadership Development, Organizational Psychology, Public Policy, or a related field
-Workforce Transformation, Human Capital, Change Management, Human Resources, or Project Management Certifications


Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
